We do not simply organise a departure: we build a journey that starts long before arrival in China and continues after the return home.
Our name tells you how we work.
In Chinese we use the characters 耐思优 (Nài Sī Yōu). While they are the phonetic transcription of "Nice", they also express the values behind every choice we make.

We get to know every candidate through interviews and conversations: motivations, expectations, the kind of experience they are looking for.

We meet every host family in person and assess the family context, the home environment and their genuine willingness to exchange.

We build the match
We do not pick an available family: we look for the right one. Before confirming we always arrange an introductory video call.

We prepare
We guide every participant through practical and cultural preparation, so they arrive in China ready, informed and calm.

We accompany
From the airport welcome to the first days with the family, and support throughout the whole stay.
