Nice Exchange 耐思优 is an Italian-Chinese project dedicated to international mobility and intercultural dialogue.
At Nice Exchange 耐思优 we believe that an experience in China means far more than spending a period abroad.
It is a path of personal, linguistic and cultural growth born from the meeting of people, from sharing daily life and from discovering a culture from the inside.
That is why we guide university students and recent graduates through authentic experiences that let them know China through family life, relationships and everyday routine.

In 2019 Sara Antoci, today Co-Founder, left for Shanghai with a simple goal: improve her Chinese, discover a new culture and test herself by living with a host family.
It was not only the language that changed how she saw China, but above all the shared daily life, the relationships built day after day and the feeling of belonging to a family.
It is precisely from that experience that the idea of Nice Exchange 耐思优 was born.
A bond that has a name in China
More than a simple relationship, guanxi describes a bond founded on trust, mutual respect and the will to grow together over time. This is the relationship that forms with the host family.
From that experience came a simple conviction: genuine relationships have the power to change the way we see the world.
Who we are today
Two countries. One team.
We work as a single team because we believe an international experience requires presence, continuity and collaboration. Every participant has a constant point of reference before departure, during the stay and after the return.
